furnace was defective so they came back and replaced it

Repairman came relatively quickly and was able to fix the problem quickly. At the time of this post the cost of service upon arrival was $125 and the cost of R-22 was $125 per lb. Was informed that the freon would be obsolete by 2020. I surmise that the price of freon will only start going up in price. Serviceman was courteous and knowledgeable. Was able to get my system up and working quickly.

They were fabulous.

They did my hot water heater about a year ago. That's when my hot water heater blew up. They forgot to raise it up even though I'm in a flood zone which really pi***ed me off. They've always been really good. They installed my instant hot water heater a little bit too low and the pipe froze, which was a really negative thing that happened. I don't so much blame them as I blame the manufacturer because instant hot water heaters are a nightmare. Otherwise, I would go back to them again.

Todd and Kevin, the service technicians were on time, they worked efficiently and effectively with minimal mess.

As I said, I was beyond happy. It is hard to find a reliable and affordable company these days, and they lived up to the challenge!

I requested a specific time-which usually companies will not accommodate, and they did with no issue. They came, used booties to walk through my home, and worked diligently until finished. I hate when a company comes and takes multiple breaks and seems to just be lazy. They were focused on the job and did it well. It was great getting a phone call to follow up on the service!

My ancient steam boiler stopped working on a particularly cold winter evening. They came soon after I called (around midnight!), diagnosed the problem and taught me a temporary workaround to keep the boiler working overnight until they could obtain the necessary replacement part. They came again first thing the next morning with the part and completed the repair. Boiler has been working fine since. Great work from them overall.

THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED MY FURNACE WHEN MY HOUSE WAS FIRST BUILT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS USING THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB THUS FAR.

THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR AND CHECK MY HEATING SYSTEM. IT USUALLY WORKS WELL. THEY CHANGE THE FILTERS AND MAKE SURE MY THERMOSTAT IS WORKING. I LIKE THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I GUESS IT WAS A REASONABLE PRICE, BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO BUT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD.
