Very disappointed. Called the shop on Wednesday and made an appt for Thursday, I dropped my car off @ 10am for an oil change and an inspection, told them I didn't need the car for the rest of the day, huge mistake. I returned several hours later wondering if they had finished it yet. Hadn't even touched it. Told me they couldn't get to it and had to leave it overnight. Ended up picking up the car 24 hours after I had dropped it off. Learn from my mistake, never be too kind or patient with a mechanic.. they will take advantage of you.

They were very kind to me and did a great job. They really helped me out as I was suffering from the loss of my husband. Mike was the one who helped me and I would definitely go to them again. I would recommend them as well.

The repair was made in the time frame that the proprietor, Tom DeAngelis, promised. Before beginning the work, he put the car up on the rack so I could see the exhaust system while he explained the problem in an easy to understand way. I have never had to return to the station with issues about a repair.
As in my past experiences with Colonial, Mr. DeAngelis acts in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He and his staff are friendly and respectful of their customers.
I will continue to use Colonial Service Station for any automotive problems.

They did the job right and they had the parts. I have an older car. They are busy and we have to book an appointment before we leave our vehicle there. Their price was good.
