A lot of people hate their contractor after a large project like this. Joe and I became friends.. He is not your run of the mill contractor,who will try to get the job done as quickly and cheaply as possible. he honestly takes pride in what he does. He is a master craftsman, taught by his old world , Italian father. He loves restoration ,making old new again. We were on the same page throughout the project. When he needed a decision he called. After a while he learned my taste but would call anyway just to confirm. You got to love that. There were so many fine details that had to be decided along tthe way...he was always patient, wanting to get it right. Another thing to know, he and his team were there every day and if they weren't I got a heads up the night before so that I would know what was going on. Can't say enough.... They were great.
