Carpet Installation
I FELT GOOD ABOUT THE JOB THEY DID. THEY PERFORMED THE JOB I NEEDED, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN TIME, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS A SHORT NOTICE JOB. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

THEY WERE TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. THE PRICE WAS NOT A PROBLEM. IF THEY DID THE WORK, I WOULD HAVE BEEN SATISFIED. I TOLD THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID NO. HE SAID THAT THE GUY SAID HE LAID IT PROPERLY, BUT I SAID HE CUT IT TOO SHORT. HE WROTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT I GOT A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY, BUT HE DIDN'T COME BACK. I NEED HELP NOW AND DIDN'T GET IT. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE SINCE I WAS A WOMAN I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY DIDN'T COME TO SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
