Mr. Ponisi was a dream to work with.
He fought a David and Goliath battle with the Parks Department, but unfortunately it was a battle we all just couldn't win. (A legal issue prevented us from moving forward with the project in mind.)
He was gracious and upbeat throughout, keeping us informed every step of the way. Thank you!

Chris made the process unbelievable. We did not have to get involved in any of the particulars regarding permits and exchanging paperwork with the department of buildings. He was always on top of our job and knew exactly what status it was in at all times. Our job is done in less than a year from meeting with him for the first time in March 2012. The job was started in June of 2012 and we received our Certificate of Occupancy in February 2013.
