WE WERE VERY PLEASED. HE CALLED, AND HE KEPT HIS APPOINTMENT. HE WAS NICE, PUNCTUAL, AND HE WAS QUICK. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED HIM TO DO, AND HE HAD A LOCK TO GO WITH THE 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT WE DIDN'T WANT A REGULAR LOCK, BUT AN ORNAMENTAL ONE.
