We've been working with Anthony Caratelli from Caratelli windows. He has been by far the most professional and knowledgeable person we've worked with. We live in a landmark building, which makes any external facing work much more complicated. Anthony was very familiar with our situation and was able to give us sound guidance. The prices aren't the lowest out there, but they're also not by any means the highest. Once I met with Anthony and saw how well he knew windows, I had no issue paying the extra few bucks for the piece of mind that Caratelli windows provides. He was timely, took great care to make sure he didn't damage any of our walls/furnishings, and I'd love to work with him again.
