Michael (I believe that's his name; it's been a while) was very congenial and professional. Needs vocal lessons, though! (Sings sometimes when he works.)
Work was performed to perfection. Have already recommended Capital to a family member!

Plumber made an appointment. He came in early in the morning and did not finish the job until late. He charged an hourly rate. He made cut off at 3:00 P.M. because the fee would have been much more. He fixed the pipe. It was a very small job. He took too long. 10 A.M unti after 8 P.M. and charged too much. All he did was fix a 29 inch pipe. No breaking ground or walls. Too expensive.

We had a problem on Saturday afternoon with our ground floor bathroom toilet. I called my plumber right away, got him live, and he came right away to our home. Though the final solution needed parts that wouldn't be available until Monday morning, he was able to provide a temporary, workable solution that held us for the time being. This is not the first time we've had this kind of ill-timed problem and there was always the same commitment to solving the problem right away.

I have had them do work for me three times. They are very available. The job could have been a nightmare and the guy did his best to make it as reasonable as possible. It turned out very well for me. I had another issue and they came as soon as I called. They were very courteous and kept my pricing in mind. I never felt at any point like they were over charging me. I felt that their prices were in line. The quality was great and they were there when I called them. They showed up the same day I had an emergency. They were here with in two hours. They are very professional, courteous and pleasant.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WERE HERE. THEY DID THE JOB. THEY CLEANED IT OUT MY DRAIN. THEY CAME WITHIN THE HOUR THAT I CALLED. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL.
