we hired them to do a complete removal of the old roof and remove any damaged plywood, we expected high quality materials and photos sent before, during and after the process for any damage located on the roof, he did not change any damaged plywood, he did not allow none of us were to see the process and he led us to believe that he fixed all the damage, he basically made a new roof over the old roof and very bad materials. I had to hire another company that inspected the roof and they said that the roof would collapse at any moment because they didn't change anything on the old roof, one of their workers also claims that they rip people off and I am one of those, when I asked for pictures, He blamed his workers. On the initial deposit they refuse to return the money and pressure you to go with them. and he told us that the roof would be done in two or three days, but on the first day he rushed his workers to finish it that same day. I want a full refund or we will have to take legal action in court, we have everything documented. I suggest that anyone who has contracted with Bobs Roofing have someone else inspect the roof
