MIKE all can say is thank you,I had a car that won't start I replace the ignition switch and keys but security light was blinking preventing that car wont start because that's security anti theft I Call MIKE he came snd reprogram the keys and started right away,He is very kind person, responsible,and very fair in prices I really recommend him thank you Mike

Perfect, worked with Mike. They could have easily sold me an entire "lock" but said all I needed was the knobs. An easy five minute job .

My almost 40 year old front entry lock was sticking. I was often having trouble getting in and out of my condo. I thought I needed a full replacement but Danny from Bob's Locksmith on Victory Blvd in Staten Island came quickly and fixed it. They were so honest and charged a small fraction of what the cost would have been to replace. Always a great experience with Bob's!!!!!!

He was Professional, Courteous & On Time. Came to give estimate & look at what had to be done & said because of the different type of lock it was could do the job the next day & did just that. A Man Of His Word That Did The Job Right!!

I called and spoke with Danny, who scheduled a Saturday appointment to perform the work that I outlined above on a new home purchased in June 2013.  Danny arrived on Saturday at the agreed upon time and completed all of the work within an hour.  He did a great job.

Appointment was made for following day.  Workman came exactly on time, was extremely pleasant and made repair quickly (Less than 1/2 hour).

He couldn't see anything work with it. He said that if I felt it was necessary, he would come out and change the lock. He was professional, he took his time.

They took advantage of me because I was stranded. I would never deal with them ever again. I would have rather left my car where it was stranded and contacted another local locksmith. They were supposed to give me a price, and I think that he damaged my tumblers in the ignition switch.

He was very good.  I didn't have a problem at all.

The locksmith was good. I spent a couple of hundred dollars for his service. He came when he said he was going to come. He fixed everything and even an extra one that I never told him about. He brought everything he needed when he came. A lot of them go and get stuff when they are in the middle of a job. So, he was prepared. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

We are pretty happy to have found ourselves a reliable and dependable locksmith in this area. I think it was Bob who came out. It is not every day that we need a locksmith, but its good to have someone good when you need one. We are very happy with this company. They proved to be both reliable and dependable too.

Mike created new keys (on his truck) and also filed down my deadbolt receptacle. I had not been able to engage the deadbolt before. He was punctual, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. I was thoroughly pleased with the encounter.

THEY WERE WAY OVER PRICED. THEY WERE VERY NICE, BUT THEY WERE CRAZY EXPENSIVE. ALL THEY DID WAS FIX ONE LOCK, AND IT WAS ALMOST $200. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY GOT THE KEY OUT, BUT I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE AFTER TALKING WITH FRIENDS I FEEL LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF.

I THINK THEY ARE EXCELLENT. I'VE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN ON STATEN ISLAND FOR YEARS.

IT WAS FINE AND I REALLY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. I NEEDED A LOCK IN AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE MY DOOR DID NOT LOCK. IF I DIDN'T HAVE THEM INSTALL THE LOCK, I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LEAVE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND CAME IMMEDIATELY.

THEY SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR WORK & THEY SEEMED TO BE SKILLED IN THEIR JOB. THEY ARE VERY REPUTABLE. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT HERE A LONG TIME & I USED THEM BEFORE WHEN I HAD A HOUSE. THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO PUT LOCKS ON.

IT WAS VERY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY RELIABLE. OVERALL, THE WORKERS ARE NICE. THEY ARE THOROUGH.

IT WAS A FINE EXPERIENCE, UNEVENTFUL. THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD, AND THE RESPONSIVENESS WAS FINE. THE PUNCTUALITY WAS ALSO FINE. IT WAS AN AVERAGE EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD MERCHANDISE, AND I BOUGHT IT.
