THEY WERE DISAPPOINTING. THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER IN, THEN WHEN I CHECKED UP ON THEM WHEN IT WAS LATE. THEY DIDN'T ATTEMPT WITHOUT A LOT OF COAXING ON MY PART TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

IT WAS FINE. LIKE I SAID, THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS. EVERYTHING FIT PROPERLY. WE GOT IT QUICKLY & IT WORKS, SO NO RETURN TRIPS WERE NEEDED. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. I JUST FELT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN FASTER.

IT WAS A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE. IT WAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. IT WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY RECOMMENDED CERTAIN STYLES FOR THE TYPE OF WINDOW I HAD. THE SUN WAS OVER POWERING WHEN I JUST HAD CURTAINS, NO THEY BLOCK OUT ALL THE LIGHT.
