Bio-Tech came out as an emergency to diagnose my water leak and mold problem in the evenin and started the next day. They worked with me and helped me with my insurance claim and was able To do the complete job start to finish and keep me updated the whole way thru! Bio Texh came thru in my time of need!!! Phenomenal experience from beginning of talking on phone with Jeff, the owner, until end when they did remediation. His workers are all respectful and efficient and happy also.
