+ -1 moreHe repaired the pipes he didn't replace that , he did a little pointing on the brick and put a metal strip all across on the gutter , The main problem was the fire escape on the backyard and was a big hole ( four holes ) that was getting leaks so he puts cement there he did a very nice job assisted also on fixing the windows.
