The manufacturer's guarantee is only as good as the reliability of your installer for they must be willing to come back, dismantle, mail back with appropriate instructions, receive back, and then come back to your home to re-install. He was an angel of mercy, and we will continue to only use Shamrock paints for wallpaper, blinds, and paints in the future because of Peter. Basically these very heavy wooden blinds should go across only 1 standard window not 2 as Sal Anderson from Beautiful Windows insisted. They are too heavy the lines pull, snap closures open, and they are an uneven mess. I told him to give me 2 separate blinds for each side by side window, but he insisted it would be fine, and it remains a nightmare. Learn to go with your gut , and not be bullied by high pressure sales people like Sal Anderson from Beautiful Windows. He made $1,598.000 on us, and would not take a minute to follow up when things went wrong. In addition he tortured us rushing the installation in the middle of a construction project he was well aware of when we ordered because he did not want to store the blinds to wait for project complete at my home.
