AUTO PRO COLLISION

Auto Pro Collision had been recommended to me by an Allstate Pro Administrator (for auto body shops) last Fall after a distrastrous encounter with another body shop.  I called Auto Pro on April 1, 2014, to discuss my insurance and auto body shop repair estimates and also to ask about renting a car.  I then brought the car down to the shop for inspection and to make an appointment for the repairs, and after looking over the car and the estimates, I was told everything was good to go.  On April 7,  I left the car and was told the repair (according to the estimates) would take five days.  I then rented a car with Enterprise on site for the five days.    Darren of Auto Pro called me later that day about confusion with the dates of the insurance and original auto repair estimates, the date of the incident which was in August of 2012, and payment for the repairs.  As Allstate had already paid on the claim, less my deductible, I told him that I. would be paying the bill in its entirety.
On Wednesday afternoon, 4/9, Auto Pro called me to pick up the car.  I was surprised because the estimate had said 5 days and this took only 3.  I was further pleasantly surprised to see that the car had been washed and waxed in addition to being repaired.
After my last experience with an auto body shop, I was rather apprehensive about getting these repairs done with cost, estimated time, and personnel.  The staff at Auto Pro was professional, courteous, and efficient.  I am happy to rate them and would not hesitate to recommend them.
