The job was done to my satisfaction. Actually, professional is the word. I called ASM Mechanical for an Estimate and it was done same day. The job was scheduled after I paid an agreed down payment amount. Removal of old equipments and installation of the new furnaces were done on same day. The crew cleaned up the furnace area and removed old equipments from the premises. The new equipments started working right away after installation was completed. I will use ASM Mechanical for their services again in the future. I want to recommend them for your next project.

I had a great experience.  I called ASM in the morning and scheduled them to come after 3:00.  He explained the price on the phone - $179 flat fee for the maintenance but he couldn't give me a price on the leaky radiator without seeing it.  Around 2:45 they called and confirmed their arrival after 3:00.  The two guys (owners, I think Quasim & Paul) were very professional.  After they performed the maintenance, they called me down to the basement and explained what they did.  After that they looked at the leaky radiator and provided free advice on how to fix it myself.  Although the diagnosis of this problem took about 15 minutes, they didn't charge me.  At the end of the visit, the price was $179 -- exactly what they quoted me on the phone.  I appreciate this because it would be easy to add costs for parts or something but they didn't.  These guys are honest and professional.  I will certainly hire them for annual maintenance and hopefully for the replacement of my kitchen radiator.
