"During the Sandy storm. [removed member name] had over 8 feet of sea water in their basement and onto the 1st floor. They called us in to replace the furnace and to have the sea water removed from the oil tank, We called in a waste oil company to remove the water from the oil tank. [removed member name] oil tank was located in a crawl space where there is no head room to enter the oil tank to remove the sea water. [removed member name] drilled a 2 inch hole into the floor above the room where the tank was located.....for this there was no way the waste oil company could do the proper job on cleaning the tank..... So he told them to leave..I (Paul the owner) tried to remove the water for him at no charge... After the install was complete, [removed member name] called and said they have a problem with the unit... The problem was, because of the water in tank, it caused the pump to fail. [removed member name] refused to here about why the pump failed. He was told the tank need to be cleaned..After the waste oil campany returned and open a larger hole in the floor, problem with the oil pump resolved. The next problem we had was a short cycle of the oil burner, we replaced the oil burner and the problem continued.. We then discovered , [removed member name] had an electrical issue... The neutral wire (white wire) was wired as the hot wire,,We discovered [removed member name] repaired some of the electrical in his home. After he hired an lic. electrican all his problems with the heating system were gone.. As for the office staf for being rude. When [removed member name] called for service they work around his schedule to help him during this hard times that super storm Sandy delivered to us..... Iam sorry [removed member name] feels that we did not work hard enough...... All I can say is the product we installed and the quality of our workmanship is top shelf...... As for our service, He was nevered left out in the cold....."
