The repair man was very rough with my dryer and seemed to be in a hurry to get out. He replaced a few parts and did not explain to me how much the repair was going to cost. After the repair was complete, he did not put the dryer back together properly and there were screws/bolts left over. After he was finished he said that it was going to cost $250, however later that day the dryer was still not working properly. The company will not return my calls to fix the problem. I will never use this company again!
