Apple Tree Service

The experience did not go well at all. They delivered a pile of wood that contained wood roaches. The owner son actually saw one of these come out of the pile and acted like he'd never seen that before. We called them as a courtesy simply to let them know they had a problem and leave it at that. They did call back but rather than apologize and try and rectify the situation they blamed us, even though this man saw the problem with his own eyes. The audacity of that was unbelievable. Also this man was paid extra money to come back and Split wood which he never did. This man also gave us two different prices and backpedaled when he realized that. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. When we ordered wood, we weren't aware that we were also ordering an exterminator.

Great job. I have been doing business with Joe for quite a few years. He has always been fair priced and efficient. Both he and his wife are good people. I recently recommended him to a friend who was also pleased with his service.

Joe Williams and his team are really a great team!  Performed the job in 4 hours!  We extremely careful to not damage my property or my neighbors.  After completion, area was cleaned properly. I highly recommend Apple Tree Service!  Five stars! *****

The price was very reasonable. He was very nice and he came when he said he was going to come. He was efficient. The quality of work was good and they did what they had to do.

Everything was excellent. They are very professional and personable. They do good work. I was very satisfied.

THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT ANSWERED MY CALL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLIMBED THE TREE, CUT DOWN THE BRANCHES, AND THEN CUT IT DOWN. THEY TOOK THE TREE DOWN AND THEN DISPOSED OF IT ALL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

IT WAS VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE LACK OF PUNCTUALITY. THEY HAD TO DO THE TWO PROJECTS THREE MONTHS APART, EVEN THOUGH I DISCUSSED IT ALL AT THE SAME TIME. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE DEAD TREE IS DOWN, AND THE OTHERS ARE NO LONGER HITTING THE TELEPHONE WIRE.

THEY WERE GOOD AND RESPONSIBLE. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS, BUT EVENTUALLY WE GOT EVERYTHING SETTLED.
