AMERICA'S CARPET GALLERY

They did not arrive as promised on the date given. They failed to inform us they were not coming that day, keeping us waiting for them. They did not call. I called them and was told, "The installers will be there between 10-2 P.M." At 1:30, when no one had shown up, I called back. They replied: "I cannot tell you when the installers will be there but they will be there today." My wife called back and told them, "If they are not here by 3:30, the job will be canceled." Someone arrived at about 3 to deliver the product. He said he also was to prepare the premises for the installation to be done tomorrow. It was not possible for one person to do this. I explained to him that he could not move the furniture by himself. So, he merely delivered the flooring product. The installation on the next day went well. The actual work done was excellent. The clean up was very poorly done. They left a mess on my porch, front steps, and the area in front of the steps.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. IT WAS A GOOD PRICE, AND THE SALESPERSON WAS NICE. THEY DID A FINE A JOB. THERE'S NOT MUCH TO SAY, THEY PUT THE CARPET DOWN, AND IT LOOKS GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY APATHETIC ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THERE WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEMSELVES AND BETWEEN THEM AND ME. THE OVERALL QUALITY WAS NOT BAD. THEY JUST DID NOT REALLY HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN THEY WOULD DO THE WORK OR THE MATERIAL THEY NEEDED.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AND RESPONSIVE TO MOVING MY FURNITURE. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND THEY PAID ATTENTION TO MAKE SURE THE CARPET WAS ALIGNED PROPERLY. WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET, THEY STAPLED THROUGH A WIRE FOR OUR ALARM SYSTEM AND THEY FIXED THAT FOR US. THE SALESPEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE.

AS FAR AS PURCHASING THE CARPET AND RUGS, IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT. IT IS THE BEST PRICE I COULD GET AS WITH OTHER ESTIMATES. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS DECENT.
