All Weather Roofing

Service provider arrived on May 15 to assess the job and provide a quote. We agreed on $3,500. A deposit of $1000.00 was given via check. The following day the service provider arrived with his team around 9AM. He indicated that he was unable to cash the check for the deposit. We sent him cash via Zelle and he returned the check to us. They worKed on the roof until around 5PM. Payment of the balance, $2,500, was made via check. The service provider asked for cash but our Zelle limit for the day was reached. We ended up paying the balance with cash the following day. The price paid included a15 year warranty on the job. We did not have a significant rain storm until two weeks ago at which point the leak reappeared exactly where it had occurred prior to the repair. We immediately called the service provider and reported the leak and requested that someone be sent to our house to address the leak. The service provider appeared to confuse us with another customer indicating that he had already arranged for someone to handle the issue. Once he understood that we were reporting the issue for the first time he indicated that he would work on getting a member of his then to come out to our house and call us back to confirm the appointment. Several days passed and we did not hear from him. We then placed another telephone call to him which went unanswered. This is quite frustrating and we would like to have the warranty honored or a full refund of our payment.

I hired this pro on May 22nd to fix a leak on my roof, he was paid in full. They began working on the project the same day. However the leak continued the next day. Ricky Nicholas agreed to send some one to fix it. It's July 14th and he now dodges my calls and texts. Hiring this pro was the worst mistake I have made!

I hired Rick from ALL WEATHER ROOFING to repair a leak in my roof, I paid $2000 and a week later the leak was back, I phoned him and he said he thought it was a bigger job than he initially thought so he said he could reseal the roof with Tar for an extra $2,200 which I paid ( after the workers left I noticed that some tar had spilled on my Patio) a few weeks later the roof was leaking again, I phoned Rick several times and was unable to reach him, eventually my husband got through and he said his Workers had left him and there was nothing he could do now. Rick promised that the work he did for me has a 10 year Warranty.

Before and after. This repair held about a month. The owner, Ricky Demetros, promised to send his liscence number and a W2 on the day ofthe reapir and did not. He asked for payment upfront and cashed the check within a hour though. He has been rude, and claims that he is out of business desite a 15 year warrenty on his work. His partner, Mel, is also not responding. I see they have been pulled from Angi's, but I am very unhappy with them and Angi for this scam/debacle of ripping off a poor church.

Ricky, and Estaban(apologize if misspelling) were great with their work and honest with each project they completed. What I really appreciate that Ricky goes above and beyond to rectify customer?s concerns and works with them to fit his customer expectations. He is a great person who understands customer?s financial situation well enough to make sure they have the best possible experience with his team. I am planning on hiring his teams in the future to work with other projects as well?. I?m

In addition to inspecting, for submission to insurance agent, repairs to our skylight and the entire back end of the roof was given an additional silver coat on the flashing. Photos were rovided as documentation. All this happened the day I submittebd the project request to Angi.
