ALL RENOVATION

This team was incredibly unreliable and dismissive from the start. We thought our project was pretty extensive since it consisted of multi-room renovation and structural replacement but were repeatedly told by the team that they had more important projects on their plate.
1. The office manager, Daisy, scheduled an onsite visit, and Pietro never showed up. When we called the office, the office manager admitted to botching the scheduling and requested we pick another date for the onsite.
2. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, Pietro arrived a couple hours late. He asked very few questions compared to other contractors we spoke to and appeared disinterested in the job.
3. Pietro promised to deliver us a quote w/in a few days. After several days with no update, we reached out to the office and was told by the office manager that they were busy w/ more important projects. We didn't receive a quote until 18 days after the initial site visit.
4. We invited Pietro back onsite to follow up on a few more items. He was a couple hours late again. He promised to provide an updated quote.
5. It's been nearly a month, and we still have not received an updated quote. We were told again by the office manager that they are busy with bigger, more important projects.

In an industry where most are taking shortcuts, Pietro is a shining example of honesty and hands on quality work.
It is a pleasure working with him and his team.

It was an extremely professional experience. Fair prices, finished on time and on budget. I would trust Pietro with any renovation project - no matter how big or small.

They were polite but I did not like who they split the work up.

My experience with AllRenovation was a total surprise as I had heard through the grapvine that dealing with general contractors could be very stressful. AllRenovation were very helpful during the quote or bidding process, they always refined and changed the language or items on the quote per my instruction. Their bid was the most specific and detailed, the others I received were general and/or one line items which could cause change orders or more expenses down the road. The work began and finished on schedule. Pietro the GC on my project went above and beyond to help me with selecting appliances, fixtures, etc. They always returned all my call promptly which was extremely helpful during the whole process. All their sub-contractors were great and dependable. Also AllRenovation pointed me to their helpful resources regarding doors, molding etc, this helped in saving some money. All in all it was a great experience and I recommend AllRenovations to all my friends and co-workers.
