"All Platinum Pest Control was hired by Ms. (Member) on April 22, 2012, she wanted mice proofing for her apartment. Our technician went to her home at 40 W 71st APT. 4A at Manhattan, At approximately 7:00pm the technician sealed all entry hoes throughout apt. he moved her refrigerator, stove and sealed all holes. All holes were sealed under her sink along the water pipes in kitchen as well as the bathroom. He then sealed all hoes from under the baseboard/radiators. Mrs. (Member) also needed a kick plate under her kitchen cabinets which was missing, she stated she would have the super repair it. The technician then placed all baits/poisons/traps/ glue bds throughout apt to kill off infestation. After all of this Mrs. (Member) states she has had six other pest control companies in and a super and nobody could help her now the kitchen, which the technician is there he states to Mrs. (Member), he sees no signs of any infestation. Mrs. (Member) states there is an infestation of mice. The technician gives Ms. (Member) an invoice for $425- she pays it. On May 12, 2012 Mrs. (Member) calls again states she still sees mice. The technician responds to location and checks all baits and glue boards. The technician sees no signs of any mice. The bait is not touched, no droppings, no mice on glue boards. No charge to Ms. (Member). On May 19, 2012 Mrs. (Member) calls again states she still sees mice. The technician responds to location again and checks all baits- no sign of any infestation-no charge to Ms. (Member). Ms. (Member) calls a week later states she still sees mice and wants her money back. We explain the situation to her, that we’ve been there 3 xs- with no signs of any infestation. She begins to scream and curse, we tell her we no longer can be of service to her, we did everything we could. We at All Platinum are a service company. We are here to help all those in need of help. We are seven days a week/24 hrs. a day. We service over 3500 customers monthly. We are here to help. We feel we have done our job properly and have helped Ms. (Member). We will and have bent over backwards to help her. She has had seven pest control companies to her home along with one super. If Mrs. (Member) still has mice something is wrong. We believe there are no mice in Ms. (Member)’s apt, we’ve been there 3 xs, and twice there were no signs of any infestation. We at All Platinum are a family run business, we’ve been in business for 8 yrs. with only 2 complaints from the Better Business Bureau.
