Be aware this company not honest dont deal with them This company they charger 125$ inspection for nothing not wearing any protective gear also I sent them picture for bugs i had and he said this termite , he was sure 100% its not just to collect inspection money not honest realy donnnnnt deal with them i will be more for honest people

They told me I had bedbugs, I did not. They tried to tell me that I owed them $4000, that I had to spray my whole entire house, that I had to take all my clothes to the dry cleaners, that I had to get rid of my mattress and pillows. They told me they would come back the following week to perform major extermination. In the interim had wanted to know if I needed mattress covers, so I ended up calling a different exterminator. They told me that they have a little doggie that comes out and sniffs them out. And they told me that I don't have bed bugs. So I called Platinum and told them I don't need the service and to just send me a final bill. They did not. I then had a collection agency contact me about the $4000. I told them I would pay them the money I owed them for the inspection. I never heard from them again until I received notice of a lean against my building. They took a lean against my home for over $8000. I think they took advantage of me. These people are absolutely reprehensible.

They were wonderful! Prompt and professional from start to finish. Alicia arrived in the time frame given and was great! She was not only efficient at her job but also knowledgeable and reassuring (as I was upset about the situation and had never used an exterminator before) I felt much better after this process was completed. Everything went very well. I highly recommend them.

Once the exterminator (Eddie) identified the pest and devised a treatment plan, he explained to me what was needed for eradication. Eddie took the time to explain what each pest control contraption would accomplish after installation. After he fumigated and placed the fly traps/aerosols around the house, he told me what to expect and how much it would cost for another visit. Neither my parents nor I have seen any fruit flies since the day he left. This point is significant because my parents have had a fruit fly problem for a couple of years. Even when they tried to manage the problem themselves, there were always traces of flies lingering around. Also of note, All Platinum Pest Control Pest Control was substantially cheaper than four other reputable companies I contacted, one of which is on Angie’s list.

In th including se summer I began to notice a few roaches in y kitchen. We tried to take care of the problem ourselves but we would till see some occasionally. I did not want to see any. I called around to several exterminating companines including several large established ones but their prices were excessive for what I considered a small problem. I contacted All Platinum after doing a yellow pages search. Ispoke to the owner Bill who gave me the price which I thought was fair. The technician responded to my home and did a good job. I called two weeks later after seeing one single roach and the same technician came back and re-sprayed and baited with no extra charge. I also opted for the monthly contract, and they call me and ask if I want them to come, if I don't remember to call them. I find their service to be good and fair. My only complaint is that at times there are miscommunications with times they are supposed to show up. They do show up but at times later than agreed to. I have referred this company to others.
