ssemled the mechanism and the chairWhen I first called, I had a n appointment within a few days.  The tech arrived and examined the chair and took it part (this entailed separating the back and removing the mechanism. I was then given the mechanism to send back to its manufacturer for a replacement.  When that came, I called and was given another appointment and the tech came back out and completely reassembled the mechanism and the chair.  The chair has worked perfectly since and we were very pleased with the work.

Pretty simple I called to make sure he was there, dropped my chair off. He called when it was done I picked it up on a Saturday

I contacted them with an urgent request and they never responded, I would not use them for anything.

They were great and helped us a lot. I did a lot of the stuff over the phone. I sent them photos back and forth of some furniture and they were really responsive and helpful. They were able to come out and see it. It's a large piece that would have to be disassembled and taken in and brought back. We still might be getting it done. The response and the help I've gotten so far has been really good, so I would recommend them.

Very well.  The repairman was prompt and courteous.  At the time I booked the appointment, I was given an approximate time.  As promised, a representative of the company called me the day before the scheduled service to provide a refined time frame and that time frame was accurate!

Initially there was a scheduling error on their part as I tried to have table repaired two weeks prior, however, they came through and did repair timely and complete. Good communication by phone, also was able to text or email photo and description of problem so they had some idea what the issue was before they came to house.

On time, helpful, and fix has held up very well.

The issue about the recliner wasn't completely resolved because the problem was unfortunately I tore off the paper that says you should not ever remove it. Unfortunately I had the information that they needed to get the part that had the serial number and the style number on it and I said I had the chair for over 10 years and that was just like the blue had just turned all yellow and dried out so i just thought to remove it. The recliner was not repaired but I do have some small things that did get done and it was fine. After the small repairs done and the man left, I got a call the next day from the owner and he gave me some more information to help me try and found out what part of the recliner was needed. He tried to help me anyway he could. He tried but it just didn't work out but it shows that he cares about his customers. He went out his way to help me anyway he could. I have some other things I wanted to get done and I would be calling them again soon.

It was an excellent repair.  Arsen was truly wonderful and prompt.  I called and the person who answered was nice.  They sent Arsen right away for an estimate.  He did the work a few days.  When he was presented with the bigger problem of a broken bed, he came up with a great idea to fabricate the parts needed.  He came back and completed the job.  The owner even called to find out how we were satisfied.  He did a great job.

dresser track broke - it was all wood.  instead of replacing wood, technician glued it back on.  service was good.  Booking, estimate, punctuality, communiciation was excellent.

Well - only better if they were able to do it at a cheaper price.

Serviceman was on time, very professional, informed me of the exact price before beginning repairs. He did a great job & cleaned up the area before departing.

They did such a good job on the chair repairs that I can't even tell that it had been broken.  I was actually looking for the damage and still couldn't tell it had been broken.  It was just an amazing job.  I'm getting ready to use them again to repair a French chair.

The paragraph above describes my experience. Very pleased. I was expecting out of town visitors so that it was very important to have the cabinet repaired and rehung properly and quickly.

All Furniture was very professional from start to finish.  They scheduled the appointment on the phone, and followed up with detailed emails to confirm all relevant details: date, 3 hour time range in which the technicial was expected, and estimated costs based on my description of the necessary repairs.
On the day of service, the technician arrived at the earliest time of the promised time range.  Due to a mixup on our part, no one was able to greet him for over 20 minutes.  Despite this, the tech was extremely pleasant and understanding.  He examined all the pieces carefully, and went over his proposed solutions, costs, and what the repairs would and would not entail.  The completed repairs were very well done.  Our most damaged piece - a heavy mahogany coffee table with a splintered leg and missing pieces - now looks brand new and is sturdier than when we first bought the piece.
We plan to use them again for additional repairs.

From start to finish, it went well. The repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to send photos of the damage so they could provide an estimate prior to arriving. He was considerate and listened to my ideas and worked quickly. I would hire this company again.

Repaired dining room chairs. Was punctual, did the service at the moment and the price was excellent compared to other companies.

We had some issues with them, but the owner promptly called to apologize and offer to fix the problem. The company seems to care about customer satisfaction.

I found All Furniture Svcs online and saw they were on Angie's List and not far from where I live. I contacted them and was able to send pictures of my broken sofa bed. In a couple of days I received an estimate from them and was able to get an appt. to meet my schedule.
Customer Service contacted me 2 days prior and 1 day before confirming appt.
On appt. date, I appreciated call from repairman on estimated time he would arrive at my home. Once he arrived with his assistant, he assessed sofa bed and asked how damage had occurred. He said fees would normally be higher given it was a sofa bed  and proceeded to call the office. Repairman said he would try to honor estimate given to me earlier, although it would be on the high end. Once he confirmed charge with the office, he asked for my approval. I gave my ok, and he proceeded to explain scope of  work  needed to repair my sofa bed. Repairman and assistant were both professional and tried to work with price estimate given to me prior. The lead repairman was quite knowledgeable on sofa beds and answered all my questions. Before leaving my home, he made sure my sofa was put back together with cushions and made sure I was satisfied with repair. I would recommend  All Furniture Services.

Overall it was excellent, they came on time for the estimate on the work to be done. The day of the work being done they arrived 1/2 hour later than the window of time (1:30 - 4:30pm).  The job took 2 hours to complete and it was an excellent job done!

Initially, there was some confusion because several different people were involved.  Once I toured their operation, and had several in-depth conversations with two knowledgable employees, the job went smoothly.  As I understand what was done, the entire piece was stipped to bare wood and then a finish similar to the original applied.  This desk was made in 1965 to match an older 4-drawer chest.  The resulting new finish matched the chest very well.

The final price was a little more than I expected to spend, but the outcome was worth the cost.

The movers were extremely competent.  The coordination of pick-up and delivery was great.

These are wonderful people to do business with and the quality of their work is outstanding.
