I left a message to the customer and decide to reply here as well to let know we always review what type of repair needed and assign send best fit tech for the job, we have best antique restorers on the staff that are actually send often to Europe, Asia etc. as experts or complex work, we just don't send them for minor leg in home repair work when such work does not required and or requested to be done by senior antique restoration techs as not to pay for same repair high price - we work hard to make sure customer spends as less as possible and gets as best as possible according to the work they need."

Checked the system, emails, spoke with all reps - no records of such customer name or address -nothing. We not only always respond to all emails and calls - but we do that immediately - always life person available or transfers to life person or provides the phone number of life person - if no one available me - owner of the company answer the phone 24/7. We answer all emails within an hour all estimates within an hour - for someone to contact us and get no answer - impossible., especially with urgent mater like noted. On urgent maters we not only answer reply and provide all answers and have customer to speak with tech or professional needed but also in many cases even service same day. I can guarantee that this person can not provide a simple proof of such as such is impossible there were no emails, service tickets, online requests, through Angie's list request or calls by phone and ready to answer for my words 100%.
