The mantle was so intricate; a wooden fruit basket in the center, stars on the side, scrolls. They took their time and worked virtually without breaks. Alex was so pleasant and neat. When the stain was ready they showed me 2 samples and helped in the decision with their expertise. Alex always called to let me know when they would be arriving. The mantle is about 100 years old and the craftsmanship was honored by their wor refinishing.

The love seat was successfully repaired. The hanger for the spring was broken. The spring wasn't. I felt the charge, though pretty much stated up front, was a bit excessive for what ultimately needed to be done.

Carlos was fantastic. The chair looks great. Can't tell it was broken. The fact that it too 6 weeks to get the work done and chair delivered back to me (no fault of Carlos) was excessive in my opinion

I recently purchased a used sofa and loveseat set, but one of the manual recliners was broken. Since the original manufacturer has gone out of business, I wasn't sure who to contact for parts or repairs. After doing some research online, I found All Furniture Services. I was able to schedule an appointment for that same week. The technician arrived on time and explained the issue with the recliner, as well as his plan for the repair. He located the replacement part on Amazon for $12.99, which I ordered. The following week, he returned to install it. The technician was knowledgeable, communicated effectively, and charged a very reasonable labor fee. I highly recommend All Furniture Services.
