He returned my call. Gave him address explained there were dogs and garage was in rear. He came, said he didn't see any garage. Reminded him that I had said it was in rear. He demanded payment up front before he did work, was nasty to my tenant who was bringing the dogs. I turned him away and he left very angry saying that "I wasted his time." He needs to learn to respect women!
