+ -1 moreThis is the 2nd or 3rd time I had my vacuum in this store for repair. In the past my work was performed. This time I felt he wanted to much money, he stated I needed a switch, tune up, and fan motor cover, and the cost would be $150.00 The previous time I also needed a fan motor cover. I took the vacuum back and went to another repair store in Brooklyn, there I was told that I needed a new switch and tune-up, and my fan motor cover was fine and it would only be $79.00. This guy is a crook and makes me realize that he ripped me off the previous 2 times I was there. Go Someplace else.
Description of Work: I brought my vacuum in for an estimate, for a repair.

+ -1 moreThey didn’t fix the Electrolux - I just realized now that I've tried to use it. Then they charged me for the parts that they bought, $61 for one part that actually costs $29. He charged me $109 for a $5.49 belt, and they added a service fee. All that should have added up to $211.96 - they also overcharged me by $30 on the bill. I was very disappointed at the way people are. Just after the buck, nothing else.
Description of Work: I hired them to fix my Electrolux in November.
