THEY COME OUT AND CHECK FOR TERMITES EVERY THREE MONTHS. THEY SPRAY FOR BUGS EVERY OTHER MONTH. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE WE HIRED THEM.
