We don't feel this project could have gone any better. These guys did such a terrific job. Everyone was very polite and informative. We had a question, it was answered. They worked very fast to get the job done by the scheduled date of completion. Their craftsmanship is practically unbeatable. We definitely would recommend their services to anybody.
Description of Work: A & M Home Improvement converted our existing single family unit into a 2 family dwelling. Under the city's code, they also leveled off an 800 square foot section of the land parcel for the parking area that needed to be at least 200 square foot per area.

This is a company that does average work in terms of quality. I say this because there were instances where we had to contact the company to fix things. They, for example, built the added space two feet larger than it should have been built. They were good about coming back and fixing things. You just have to monitor them very closely. They are quite respectful towards us and overall they are a good company. My husband paid this company so I can not comment on what they charge.
Description of Work: We added a third story onto our 2,000 square foot home. This company was our general contractor. Their work included putting in carpet, putting up walls, and ran electrical wires to the third story. They installed four bedrooms on that third story and a new bathroom. They also were responsible for raising our roof, putting in new windows, doorways, and archways.

THEY DID EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY GOOD. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND POLITE.

I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE COMPANY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED BECAUSE HIS WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT. THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS USED IS EXCELLENT AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THE FLOOR IS VERY NICE AND EASY TO CLEAN. THE STOVE IS NOW IN A PLACE THAT SAVES A LOT OF ROOM IN THE KITCHEN. THE NEW CABINETS ARE CONVENIENT AND OVERALL THE KITCHEN IS SO MUCH BIGGER.
Description of Work: IT WAS A KITCHEN REMODEL. THEY REDID THE FLOOR WITH LINOLEUM, MOVED AND REPLACED THE STOVE AND INSTALLED NEW CABINETS WERE THE STOVE USED TO BE.
