It went very well. We had our deck removed and a new one installed, he came back in between the removal of the old one to pressure wash that portion of the house that the old deck was covering. Fast and reliable. We will definitely be using him in the future.

It took a few days to see the effect of cleaning since roof was very wet. I noticed that one part had some dead moss in between the shingles and took a picture of it and sent it to the representative. I asked them to come back and lightly scrub that area since it appears debris was stuck in between shingles. It was explained to me that it takes awhile with more rain, etc for stuff to dislodge, yet they were sending out a crew again to take care of the matter and make sure I was satisfied. The representatives were professional, courteous and had a positive attitude and had no problem sending the crew out again. This company know how to treat the customer, in my experience, and did the proper job with a reasonable price. I would recommend them .
