He did a super job eliminating our pest issue.We initially contracted with one of the National pest control chains and were disappointed with their lack of service and unprofessional attitude. Exterminated a yellow jacket hive under eves on second floor. Not an easy job. The only access was via a small second floor window onto a sloped roof. Other companies we called would either not handle bees or would not work higher than ground floor. Aardvark said they did not know if they could do the job but they would certainly take a look to see if what they could do ....no charge for visit. 
Aardvark followed up with 2 phone calls to make sure the problem was eliminated. They said if we were still seeing bees they would return for a another application included in original price.  Great service. 

very professional.  called back the same day , arranged to come out to house and do an inspection.  Explained their services and what they would do.  Honored the 10% Angies list discount advertised.
I did think their price was a bit extreme but it did include as many visits as necessary and a 3 month guarantee.
They recommended buying mattress and box spring encasement  to put on after the first treatments.HINT: Buy them on Amazon.com- much cheaper than stores.
The first treatment they  inspected the 3 bedrooms (only 2 used) and living room and basement couches, then sprayed each area  with chemical treatments. Had to get out of the house for a while it was too strong.
They put down sticky traps  against the walls and in some corners and also put traps under the bedposts . After letting stuff sit a few hours we  put the casements on each bed.
After about 10 days they came back for a followup visit.  We  caught a few bugs in the sticky traps in the 2 bedrooms  and they repeated the spraying of the mattresses  and couches . They vacuumed and put powder along the walls and in wall outlets and  replaced the sticky traps.
After another 2 weeks came back and no bugs or signs of anything! We left the sticky traps in place.
 Work guaranteed for 3 months so we'll see  at the end if we're truly  free of the critters.

I was not impressed with the service. The coupon I purchased was supposed to cover the treatment (bait stations), inspection and blocking up of rodent entryways. The worker came in hurriedly, asked where I had seen a mouse/evidence of a mouse, and set to put down stations. He told me that I should be on the look out for any tiny holes that a mouse could come in, and block them up. This confused me because I thought that was what he was there to do. I live in adjoined house and he never looked along baseboards, corners, cupboards, etc. (i.e. places where rodents could enter from the attached houses) and only finally looked outside the house. He pointed out one area that had a damaged door in at attached shed/crawl space. It was only after he left that I really realized that it didn't feel like I hadn't gotten the full service. When I emailed about it, I was basically told that the full service was contingent upon finding holes, so since none were found...(this explanation seemed insufficient considering that I don't think a thorough inspection was done). It was also alluded that I was done a favor for not being charged extra since my home was larger than the coupon indicated (this would only make sense to me if a thorough inspection was done and a surplus of patching materials used on this larger space). In all fairness, I was offered that, if I was still displeased, another technician could be sent out. However, after my experience, I honestly didn't want to deal with the company anymore.

The job went well the workers were on time and they were very professional they explained the whole procedure of what they were going to do. Traps were installed and drilled holes in the garage floor for the treatment of the termites. I would use this company again.

they where professional and amazing they removed the hornets nest and told me if they came back they would remove it no charge these guys where great and will call them for any future pest control.

It went great.Vinny came on time and removed the bees nest on side of my house. He was very thorough and explained what needed to be done.no more bees and happy wife!!

During the termite inspection, Vinny noted the presence of termites. The prior homeowner disagreed and produced paperwork from another pest control provider on Staten Island (the other pest control provider concluded that the insects were flying ants and not termites). Vinny suggested that I get a document in writing from the other pest control provider that covers me for 1 year on termite damage. After having my lawyer add this request to the purchase contract, the prior homeowners got a second opinion from a third pest control provider that confirmed that the insects were in fact termites. The prior homeowners ended up paying over $1,000 to remediate and was able to produce a 1 year guarantee from the third pest control provider at closing. I have since used Aardvark Pest Control for routine spraying on the exterior of my home and plan on continue using them in the future.

It went very well he was professional, prompt, quoted me one price over the phone. When he saw that it was a small nest he charged me less. Told me he would come back for free if any further problems. I would definitely recommend Vinny.

They were thorough and it was a package deal. They showed us exactly where the infestation had occurred and they made the recommendation without making me feel like I had to use them as the actual exterminator because we wanted the seller to do that. I will use them again in the future.
