We were not locked out, but our key only worked with great difficulty. We called late Saturday night and he came on Sunday. No one else answered the phone or even called me back. He answered the phone late Saturday night and made an appointment the next day. He replaced our lock. Sunny was kind and efficient. His tech couldn't make it, so he came himself. He was very polite and easy to work with. Sunny is a hero!

I called in the morning and he was here in the afternoon. He replaced locks on the front door and side door on the garage. He also made us 2 spare keys. He was competent, professional and courteous. I would recommend him 100%.
