When I called, I asked them if they can remove the old carpet and if they have instrument to cut it and said yes, but when they arrived, they refused to do so. They should have informed me that ahead of time before taking the job.

Everything went well except they damaged outside door while taking things out. Company was very responsive at taking care of problem. They sent over mr. handyman and he fixed damaged door. Very good company and will use then again.

It went well. Angel and Jose showed up and removed 2 cribs (took apart) and mattresses, a metal/wooden desk, recliner, a couple of bulky end tables. My husband said they were in and out in about 15 minutes. We were happy to have said items gone as we couldn't do it ourselves.
