They responded promptly to my phone call and had the work done in 2 days! Very helpful with information needed and did exactly what they said they would do.

It went very well. This was our first experience with hiring a contractor and they were down to earth and explained everything. We got three quotes and went with PHILLIPS-STETZEL CONSTRUCTION not only because of price but because we felt the most comfortable when talking with them. They quoted us approx $7500 (if soil was good) to $15000 (if soil wasn't good) Soil was good and final price was $6000 for septic and $1500 for driveway.Other contractors we called couldn't even give us an approximate price.
PHILLIPS-STETZEL CONSTRUCTION told us exactly what we needed to do (go to town to get permit tell them 1000 gal tank with 240 ft leach, They gave us a list of engineers with their approx fee). Other contractors we called couldn't even give us an approximate price and told us we needed to get a permit. PHILLIPS-STETZEL CONSTRUCTION will be my first choice if I need any other work done.
