Once inside, Dustin spent a huge amount of time assessing all our pipes, sinks, toilets, etc to see where the problems were. Nearly everything was frozen and he spent a ton of time thawing everything. He found a burst pipe and repaired that section. He was really informative on the phone, clearly explaining everything, and couldn't have been nicer.
We're new to the area and will absolutely work with Empire again, and we definitely recommend them.
