We had an annual contract with them because we have ants and other insects, quite a bit. I have to say they took care of the problem. They usually call us and tell us when they are going to be here so we can call them back and say it is not a good time. It is difficult for us to get them to find a time that fits our schedule. They are not very responsive when it comes to that. Also, last month, since it was the end of our annual contract, we told them we were ending the contract. Yet they went ahead and scheduled another visit. We had to call them again and they had no record of that. If we have a carpenter ant problem again I would consider using them again.
