Chris Beady came to walk my property to do an estimate. It took a week for workers to get there. Over a period of days he did half of the work for double the amount of time he originally estimated it would take. The work is not finished, and he is going to charge me the top amount estimated even though the work is not done.

Chris was very easy to deal with-unlike most contractors, he answered his phone every time I called, came to do the job 1 day early-after texting first to make sure it was ok, cleaned up thoroughly upon completion and the job itself was done very well. Would use him again w/o hesitation.
