Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Installed new heat pump to replace old a/c unit. Existing duct work too small. Unit works at 50% efficiency. Sent Action Refrigeration a letter explaining problems and he never responded to my letter. I asked him at the start of the job if the 12in. duct work was large enough for the new heat pump. Action Refrigeration said 12in. is large enough. The new unit requires a minimum of 18in. ducts. He was not even close. I would not recommend Action Refrigeration to anyone.

I just used ACTION REFRIGERATION and A/C about two weeks ago. We spent around $7000. They are a very good contractor. Did exactly what he was supposed to do. Came on time, did what he said he was going to do.
