Rip is a thorough professional, a true craftsman with great pride in his work. He listened to our needs and advised us accordingly without any sense of pushiness or upselling. He explained our options so thoroughly that we found we could make our decisions on materials and styles quite speedily. We had some unique situations for which he provided creative solutions (for example, how to mount 2 exterior hose reels to the siding, and a permanent stainless steel hook for our seasonal porch wreaths). After our initial planning meetings, we had such faith and confidence in him that we asked him to do the whole job when we were on extensive traveling. We never thought twice about giving him the key to our house, and that is normally something we would never do. Rip stayed in touch regularly with any questions he had while sending numerous pictures of daily progress. He even installed three new exterior lights, new outlets, and doorbells. We returned to a stunningly beautiful job and lots of compliments from our neighbors. We could not be more satisfied and recommend Rip with full confidence.
