Louise Tudisco-Re/Max Beyond

I inherited my mom's home and had to sell it.  I interviewed another realtor and then saw my attorney.  He disagreed with the realtor's advice and recommended Louise.  Louise was a godsend.  She gave me better comps, suggested a much higher asking price based on the comps, and suggested improvements to stage the house, e.g., refinish the 60 year old wood floors, use neutral paint throughout, clean out the basement, etc.  Louise is direct and no-nonsense which is what I prefer.  The morning after improvements were finished and the day before the July 4 holiday, she took photos, aptly described the highlights of the home, posted the home, and showed it.  I received 2 offers on the first day.  Whereas most folks would have left work early for the holiday, Louise worked hard to sell my home.  Throughout the title search and inspections, Louise was available 24/7 and promptly returned my calls with answers.  Louise is a terrific realtor and I highly recommend her.
