He sent out a third-party contractor. There were swirl marks all over the floor, he didn't get into the corners at all. He also didn't put enough finish on the floor. He also applied the coating and sealer over the marks. He did a very bad job all the way around. One of his employees was chewing tobacco and drooling it all over the place.
