 + -1 moreThis was a very painless and simple project. STR was very eager to please and they did a nice job including the cleanup. There were no problems or issues. The work was done quickly and approved by the building inspector. The only difficulty was that Manuel Huerta, the owner, had a very heavy Spanish accent. I had difficulty on the phone, but once I met him in person I could understand him without a problem. His enthusiasm for doing a good job and for keeping the area clean was very clear. Also he came highly recommended to me from a neighbor for whom he recently performed the same service.
Description of Work: Stripped off two layers of old roofing shingles and install new GAF Timberline Lifetime Shingles. Replaced all flashing. Used copper flashing around chimney. Removed old vents in favor of ridge vents. Cleaned up.
