They were terrible.  Most of my belongings were ruined when their storage facility flooded.  They neglected to tell me about the flood, yet continued to charge me for over a years worth of storage for my moldy, ruined furniture and boxes.  When I was ready to have my belongings delivered, it took weeks to get someone on the phone.  I thought they'd gone out of business because I couldn't reach a human for over two weeks.  On the day of the delivery, they were supposed to arrive at 9am, yet failed to show up until 4pm.  When they finally arrived, they only had some of my stuff as numerous items were too badly damaged to be salvaged.  Keep in mind, this was the first I'd heard of the flood or the fact that my belonging had been ruined.  In addition to the water damage, numerous items were broken due to their carelessness.  It took months to document the extensive damage and create a list of missing furniture for my insurance company.
