The crew arrived on time at 8am. While they loaded up the truck relatively quickly, it seems they were more concerned about getting the job done quickly than getting the job done carefully and well. The "foreman" complained about the price I was charged and how it really should have been much higher. I found this unacceptable and unprofessional. I also found it unprofessional that the workers took smoke breaks inside the storage compartment of the truck where my property was being stored. When they finally got my belongings to my new home, they were unable to get the treadmill inside from the garage. Rather than trying to disassemble it, they complained that it would take too long to figure out and that they did not have the time and that I would have to call the moving company and have the treadmill moved separately. Everything just seemed like an imposition to them, and this was very disappointing. Finally, when they were finished, I offered the foreman an $80 tip and he actually had the audacity to tell me he and his crew should receive more!
