I did not like that they did the job in 2 parts and they took a while to finish the second part. It took a long while to get back to me on the second part.

Keith had come and given us an estimate 9/30/10 and arrived as promised. He went over the job to be done and gave a fair price based on the work and the ability to chip the tree and other limbs and spread them across the adjacent wooded area thereby saving us some money. We had some other estimates which were higher and lower than his. We originally decided to go with another tree service who was cheaper but after multiple no-shows we called Pyramid back and he was able to come the very next day due to a cancellation. He and his crew arrived as promised at 9am and complected the work in about 4 hours and cleaned up and left the property very neat. No damage was done to anything on the property. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.

The work was done in two phases. In the first phase, smaller bushes were cleaned out. In the second phase, approx. 50 trees were cut. During the time lag, the bushes grew up again and he cleaned them out again, including spraying with vegetation killer.

I JUST HAD TO CHASE THEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE SO THEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THE THINGS THAT HE DID.
