THE MAN IS A CONTROL FREAK, AN ABUSIVE BULLY WHO PREYS ON SENIOR CITIZENS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN. NO WOMAN SHOULD LET THIS MAN IN HER HOME. HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY PAPERWORK (WARRANTY, GUARANTEE ETC. INSTRUCTION BOOKLET) FOR THE AC. I HAVE WITNESSES AT HOME AND AT WORK THAT HE IS ABUSIVE. AT ONE POINT HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OWN HOUSE KEY UNTIL I STARTED DIALING 911 FOR THE POLICE, THEN HE TURNED IT OVER TO ME. EVERYTHING HE TOUCHED IS BROKEN OR RUINED. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
