I had to get new magnets put on my frameless shower door. I told them exactly on the phone what was needed. They came to my house and didn't have the correct magnet. They wanted to charge me $135 for a service call even before they fixed it. I refused to pay. The service guy came back (he was extremely nice and knowledgeable) the next week. When he gave me the bill it was $438. It was a pre-printed bill. They wanted to charge me 2 hours for "labor", the service guy was finished in 45 minutes. It’s a good thing that I called the office to complain. They charged me $80 for 2 magnet strips which is so overpriced. So just for walking in the door you get charged $135 plus labor, for doing NOTHING. Usually the service call is incorporated into the labor part. I was very disappointed in the price they charged. You should definitely get an estimate before using them. I don’t know why they didn’t give me an estimate when they originally came to fix the shower. After calling them, they did take off $95 (which they charge for an hour). They ARE VERY OVERPRICED!!

They were very accommodating. Originally I was going to go pick up the glass and they said that they could drop it off and it was very bad weather at that time. Usually they charge for delivery, but they weren't going to charge me for delivery because it was so small and they live close to me. I had given them the measurements and because the table was warped, the glass didn't actually fit exactly on the tabletop and they gave us some options on what we could do. The only thing is the guy said he was going to show up at a certain time and then he never showed up and that's why I left because I had to leave. Just before I was leaving I got a phone call and it was the gentleman's son. He said his father had to go to Emergency to the doctor and that they would still be willing to do the delivery at a later point if it was all right with me and they did end up delivering that day.

They did a very good job. They were reputable and explained everything to us. The workmen were excellent and they cleaned up well. There was no hassle. They came back and made repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

THEY JUST FINISHED HALF OF THE JOB. I DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO COME BACK, BUT THEY EVENTUALLY DID.
