Lower oven fixed and upper oven is within spec. Wealth of knowledge. He is my first call and recommendation.

He does a most wonderful job. I needed a new washing machine because mine was broken, so he installed a new one for me. It took about a half hour to do the work. He had the people who delivered the new washing machine take away the old one. They cleaned up excellent. I don't know how they could improve on because he does an excellent job, and he's so responsive.

Called on a Monday said he would be here Tuesday and he came exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and unfortunately it was not fixable. Definitely would use him again.

My washing machine working again and saved the cost of new machine. Mark is honest, professional and good. I would hire him again in a minute for any of my appliance repair. Great work!

was supposed to call me in morning of appt. Didnt get call till 3 30. Replaced one part which improved performance but didnt fully correct problem. Was told he would investigate cost to replace another part, never heard back. Expensive.

Mark came because my oven wouldn't turn on. i checked the circuit  breaker but thought if it tripped it went all the way over. Not true. He moved it over we went upstairs and the oven worked. I was charged only  for his travel time. Mark could of charged me  double. I will definitely call L&M again and will tell all my friends if they need an appliance repairman to call Mark. THANK YOU for being an honest person. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Mark arrived when he said he would and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. He was courteous and very professional.

I've used Mark (L&M Appliance), many times.  He is always efficient, courteous, neat and fairly priced.  He's also very reliable.  He shows up when he promises he will, which these days is very refreshing.  I would not hesitate to recommend him, for either sales or appliance service.

We have known Mark for approximately 15 years and has done great work and has always been very professional. He is very hard-working and very generous, trying to save us money on any repairs that were required. He installed a dryer vent about 15 years ago that is still working great, and has assisted in installing a dishwasher, two ranges, a washer/ dryer and now a new refrigerator and range. He went out of his way to help us find appliances we love at a great price and installed them professionally and with no problems. We highly recommend Mark and his service.

He does great work. I thought his prices seemed high to me. If you want anything done in your house he is the guy to do it.

Since we're renting this house I can't say how much he charged.                                                                                                                            Mark came on relatively short notice.  He called to say when he'd be here.  What a very nice guy he was.  He fixed our dishwasher quickly, showed me what the problem was and gave me some tips on how to use it.  When he went out to get something, he unlocked the door and when he was finished he made sure it was locked again.  We''re new to the area and aren't used to such friendly service.  What a pleasure he was.  I highly recommend.

THEY DID A GOOD QUALITY JOB ON THE REFRIGERATOR. THE EMPLOYEE WAS SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE REPAIRS OF THE APPLIANCE. THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE UNIT IS WORKING GREAT.

THEY CALLED BACK IN A TIMELY FASHION. WE APPRECIATED THEM COMING SO QUICKLY. HE FIXED THE BELT AND THE MOTOR AND WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE DRYER THE SAME DAY.
