Flooring
This is a tough one. At first they were very accommodating with my dates, and let me switch them around as our move in date changed around. The price was average. They were slightly more expensive than another place I was thinking of using, but I went with them because they came across as more professional. However, once we were scheduled, I had harrass them every day to come and finish up the job. They were late on the days scheduled and then said that the refinished floor wasn't dry so they didn't want to put on the next coat the next day. They ended up making our deadline, but only with a lot of pressure and stress. Overall, we're really happy with the quality though. If we didn't have a time constraint, I would use them again - but they were a little difficult to work with, with the time constraint.
