I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary , they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years , but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize , or make good on the agreement . My number was clearly printed at the top of the order form , so I could have easily been contacted with any questions . I also received a call from Norman who was incredibly rude as he tried to convince me that he knew better. Again , this is incorrect and irrelevant as that is not what is written on the form . I would steer clear of this store as they are incompetent , unprofessional, and insensitive .
